Founded in 1970, our privately held, employee-owned company consists of over 600 employees located in 31 offices across the U.S. [Company] technical experts are involved in dozens of specialty services emanating from our traditional core practices which include geotechnical, environmental, infrastructure, water resources and ecology.
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, well organized individual that is willing to help wherever needed and who will play an integral role in continuing to grow our regional administrative support team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Candidates can expect to work independently as well as in groups. Position will involve occasional overtime and helping out wherever needed in the office, as well as working on tasks for other regional offices.
Candidates will also be responsible for editing, formatting and printing detailed engineering and environmental documents, tables and creating/bookmarking pdf files.
Spreadsheet development and Accounting assistance.
Marketing materials development including resume formatting, work in InDesign and production and delivery of proposals.
Candidates will answer the telephone, assist visitors, maintain office personnel schedules, make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, order/maintain supplies, and handle shipping/receiving of mail and UPS packages.
In addition, responsibilities will include providing file maintenance for on and off-site storage, helping with marketing tasks (data entry, resume review etc.) and also review and production of report documents.
Hours will be full-time (40 hrs per week), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Office and Outlook and have advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat. Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills required, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, advanced training including A.S. degree preferred. 2+ years of office experience, willing to work occasional overtime.
